I have long expected to delete spam comments whenever I log onto transitophile.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t expect to delete more than five hundred such comments in a single day.<\/p>\n

Recently, I\u2019ve had to. An AI spambot<\/a> has likely discovered this blog, perhaps with human help or, as plausibly, all by itself. Nothing personal. Security tools have helped me stem the flood, but not before many spam comments leaked through to soil the site before being banished to Trash. Yech.<\/p>\n

Big league news sites get to battle such high-tech foes. Not me! Comments have been disabled.<\/p>\n
